Jessica is a Residential Conveyancer and works within our New Build Department based at our Doncaster branch.
Jessica has worked within the Conveyancing industry for over 15 years and has recently returned to our firm having excellent relations with many regional builders and comes highly recommended by these.
Jessica has worked in all areas of residential property and specialises in:
- Purchasing new build plots – including dealing with all developer schemes, such as Help to Buy and Part-exchange matters
- Sales and purchases of residential properties – this includes buying your first home or moving somewhere new
- Re-mortgaging – whether changing your current lender, repaying a Help to Buy Charge or releasing equity from your property
- Transfers of Equity – modifying your property deeds to suit individual requirements, this can involve adding or removing parties
